Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
  • Assist in contract renewals and negotiations with clients.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution between clients and the company.
  • Understand the company's products and services to better serve client needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on strategic plans for clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work towards client retention.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Provide client training or onboarding when necessary.
  • Escalate and resolve client issues as needed to maintain service quality.
