JOB DETAILS
Acknowledge the target taken by Branch Manager (BM) and take responsibility to achieve the target
Co-ordinate with the stockist or distributor and ensure the smooth supply of materials
Ensure the availability of proper stock with the distributor
Follow the guidelines set by BM. Day to day planning and working should be as per the instructions of BM
Regular meeting with dealers, contractors, site visits, and contractors. Efforts should be to connect more clients with Dorby mica every month
To check the outcome of each folder distributed to clients. Ensure that there should not be any wastage of resources and undue expenses incurred on behalf of company
Take the responsibility to spread the brand visibility in your area
A monthly report apart from daily report is required to be submitted to the management and BM mentioning- new client’s added, monthly sales from the area,sales from dealer and sales from project/project in hand, etc
All grievances and problems should be first discussed with BM. Only connect with higher authority in case of difficulties.
Apart from above the company may assign some other areas as per need and requirement
