We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Branding Director to lead our brand development, positioning, and storytelling efforts for North America services. This role requires a visionary leader who can craft compelling brand narratives, drive brand consistency, and ensure that our brand resonates with target audiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, consumer insights, and creative execution.
Key Objectives of the role:
- Develop and execute a strong brand strategy aligned with company goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Drive consumer engagement and increase brand recognition.
- Utilize market insights to refine brand positioning and messaging.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing branding team.

What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with company goals and market positioning for North America B2B services.
- Oversee brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Lead the development of brand campaigns, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand story and values.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to refine brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and design, to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and creative partners to produce high-quality brand assets.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, track brand health, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of branding professionals, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging branding techniques to maintain brand relevance.
Who you are?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for North America B2B services.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand positioning.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and brand initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy as they relate to brand building.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize brand performance.
