The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, consumer insights, and creative execution. Key Objectives of the role- Develop and execute a strong brand strategy aligned with company goals. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Drive consumer engagement and increase brand recognition. Utilize market insights to refine brand positioning and messaging. Lead and mentor a high-performing branding team. Be a thought leader to position Altudo as a leader What will you do? Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with company goals and market positioning for North America B2B services. Oversee brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels. Lead the development of brand campaigns, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand story and values. Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to refine brand positioning and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and design, to ensure brand alignment. Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and creative partners to produce high-quality brand assets. Monitor brand performance metrics, track brand health, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Lead and mentor a team of branding professionals, fostering creativity and innovation. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging branding techniques to maintain brand relevance. Who you are? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for North America B2B services. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand positioning. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills. Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and brand initiatives. Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy as they relate to brand building.
