  • Brand Growth & Visibility:
    • Develop strategies to enhance the brand presence across various digital channels.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, CRM tools, etc.

    • To lead and mentor a team of SEO, Ads experts, content creators, social media, and designers.
    • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
    • Optimize marketing strategies based on industry insights and client requirements.
  • Reporting & Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Regularly analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
    • Presents reports on marketing performance, growth metrics, and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in Ads, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email automation, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute result-oriented marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing & agency is a plus.
