The HR team not only ensures that the club is operationally sound and compliant with laws but also plays a crucial role in crafting a member-focused culture that values continuous improvement and high performance. 


Responsibilities

Taking care of end to end lifecycle, which includes the following 

·     Recruitment 

·     Onboarding and training 

·     Employee relation 

·     Compensation and benefits 

·     Performance management 

·     Compliance 

·     Employee engagement and retention 

·     Exit formalities.

Experience. – 3-5 yrs of experience as HR Generalist 


Qualification 

We need someone who possess a unique blend of skills tailored to the dynamic and people-oriented nature of the sports and fitness industry. A degree in HR is an added advantage
