Company DescriptionPopulux HR is a leading executive search firm based in Kochi, Kerala. We are hiring for a leading FMCG (food) brand in India for their new business division.Role Description- Develop and articulate the mission, and long-term strategy for the business unit. - Set up a sustainable and scalable business model tailored to the FMCG ,Ecommerce sector. - Develop Roadmap for the Specialty product line & formulate Brand strategies - Oversee product innovation to ensure alignment with customer needs & market opportunities. - Develop business growth & marketing strategies tailored for E Commerce business . - Establish Ecommerce,D2C marketplaces and other digital channels. - Forge partnerships with channel partners in Ecommerce and online marketplaces - Ensure product line growth and leading a team to achieve business objectives. - The role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. - Responsible for Strategic Leadership and driving the business unit. - Accountable for P & LQualifications- Premier institute MBA / Equivalent Qualification from a well reputed InstituteExperience & Skills Required- 15 to 20 Years experience in FMCG or Ecommerce D2C sector. - Should have minimum 5 years experience in leading or heading E Commerce FMCG business. - Should have strong exposure in all aspects of Ecommerce & Online business - Strong leadership, and team management skills - Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis - Proficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship management - Understanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentJob Location : ChennaiCTC : As per industry standards
