Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor to engage with parents and students, explain our programs, and help them choose the right courses. Counseling will be conducted both in-person at the centre and via phone/video calls, depending on the lead’s location and convenience. This is a sales-focused role where building trust and strong relationships is key.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with parents and students, in-person or telephonically.
  • Address queries, provide guidance, and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Build rapport with families and maintain long-term relationships to foster trust and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth admission processes.
  • Support community-building initiatives and awareness programs to strengthen parent engagement.


Skills & Qualities Needed:
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and persuasion skills (Hindi + English).
  • Confident in counseling, relationship-building, and guiding decisions.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups.
  • Graduate (any discipline); 0–3 years’ experience in counseling, sales, or education preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Comfortable conducting counseling both telephonically and in-person.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to engage effectively with parents and students.
