Igniters For Tomorrow is a leading institute in Dehradun for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Board Exam preparation. We guide students toward the right career path while supporting parents through trust, awareness, and expert guidance.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor to engage with parents and students, explain our programs, and help them choose the right courses. Counseling will be conducted both in-person at the centre and via phone/video calls, depending on the lead’s location and convenience. This is a sales-focused role where building trust and strong relationships is key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with parents and students, in-person or telephonically.
- Address queries, provide guidance, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build rapport with families and maintain long-term relationships to foster trust and referrals.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Support community-building initiatives and awareness programs to strengthen parent engagement.

Skills & Qualities Needed:

- Excellent communication, empathy, and persuasion skills (Hindi + English).
- Confident in counseling, relationship-building, and guiding decisions.
- Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Graduate (any discipline); 0–3 years’ experience in counseling, sales, or education preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Comfortable conducting counseling both telephonically and in-person.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to engage effectively with parents and students.
