CLIENT: Market leader in energy efficient air technology and HVAC solutions comprising AHU, Axial Fan, Precision AC, condensing unit, Industrial & Marine HVAC System providing customers with the highest quality standards for improved air comfort, safety and well-being.It operates in a range of business sectors, equipped with state of art manufacturing facility, several Sales offices PAN India, a dedicated design engineering team and unrivalled after sales service set up.Role Purpose:Lead regional purchasing organization for SE Asia to build a high-performing supply base to drive cost efficiency, quality, and operational excellence across geographies.KEY DRIVERS :- Develop and execute the purchasing strategy for regional plants, incorporating input from Global Category Managers (GCM) and New Product Introduction (NPI). - Define and implement indirect purchasing strategies and action plans for the plants. - Drive local supply development plans and manage supplier risk. - Define and execute negotiation plans with local suppliers. - Oversee local vendor & contract management, including price implementation and compliance. - Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues, including logistics, quality, and payments. - Support strategies for inventory reduction.DESIRED INCUMBENT- Degree in Engg with PG in Supply Chain Management. - 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a matrix organization. - Strong negotiation skills. - Proven ability to manage a team of 5–10 strategic buyers in a matrix organization. - Exposure to import processes.ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20 LPAQueries:-Anoop Sinha, Director- PROFILE HR CONSULTANTS PVT LTDCell-+ 91-9773520069
