Job Overview:PersolKelly is seeking talented and enthusiastic Mid-Level IT Recruiters to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, Sourcing screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.Company: PersolKellyPosition: IT RecruiterLocation: BangaloreRoles & Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration. - Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. - Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker.Skills and Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong sourcing and negotiation skills. - Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end IT recruitment processes. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Experience working in the APAC market is highly preferred.WHAT’S ON OFFER:A supportive environment for career growth and learning in the Recruitment field, Exposure to diverse HR operations in a dynamic business setting.
