This is an on-site role based in Baner, Pune, ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding) - Understand complex IT requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies - Interact with hiring managers to gather role requirements and align recruitment goals - Source candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases - Screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit - Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate candidate communication - Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified tech talent - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experienceKey Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment - Strong grasp of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment trends - Experience sourcing through job portals, social media, and networking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple open positions with attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field preferred - Immediate joiners will be prioritized
