Core Responsibilities:.
- Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Create, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords and search trends relevant to our industry.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to ensure they are search engine friendly and aligned with targeted keywords.
- Technical SEO: Identify and address technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and indexation problems.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize content that is both user-friendly and search engine friendly, ensuring high-quality and relevant content is published regularly.
- Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase the website's authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the team.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the SEO landscape.
- Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation of SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
Qualifications:.
- Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is We believe in paying right and higher than the standard.
