We are seeking a forward-thinking Vice President of Business Development & Strategy to spearhead the launch, development, and scaling of innovative ventures that align with our long-term vision. Responsibilities
Incubate New Ventures
Identify market gaps and launch ventures that capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Develop Business Models
Design and validate scalable and sustainable business models for new ventures.
Drive Venture Growth
Oversee the scaling of new businesses, ensuring they achieve key milestones and market traction.
Foster Ecosystem Partnerships
Build strategic relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry partners to support venture success.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams
Work with product, engineering, and design teams to bring new ideas to life.
Monitor Performance Metrics
Set KPIs and benchmarks to track and measure venture performance.
Secure Funding and Resources
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure the financial and operational resources needed for success.
Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Entrepreneurial Expertise
10+ years of experience in business development, venture creation, or startup leadership.
Strategic Vision
Proven ability to identify high-potential opportunities and turn them into thriving businesses.
Hands-On Experience
Strong operational and execution skills to lead ventures from concept to market.
Networking and Influence
Established network within the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem.
Data-Driven Approach
Expertise in using analytics and research to validate ideas and refine business strategies.
