Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and manage end-to-end corporate and academic events (conferences, roundtables, workshops, and webinars).
- Build strong connects with CXOs, CHROs, L&D leaders, Colleges and Institutions to drive event participation.
- Partner with corporates, universities, and colleges to organize AI-themed engagements .
- Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, academic, faculty) for seamless delivery.
- Drive event marketing campaigns (emailers, social media, digital promotions) to maximize reach and participation.
- Ensure lead generation and business outcomes through events and webinars.
- Track KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously improve event effectiveness.
- Stay updated on event tech platforms, AI industry trends, and best practices .
- 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate events, webinars, and conferences .
- Strong network and experience in engaging CXO-level stakeholders .
- Proven success in organizing online (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.) and offline events .
- Experience in working with corporates, institutions, and colleges .
- Strong project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Graduate in Marketing, Event Management, or related field (MBA preferred ).
