Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Set sales goals, define sales targets, and develop strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators(KPIs) to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Ensure proper utilization of CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis to drive business growth.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6-8 years of work experience with experience in HoReCa(preferred).
  • Willing to travel in given territory.
  • Proven work experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
