**Job Requirement**

Role - Area Sales Executive

CTC - As per Industry Standard

Minimum Experience - 5 Years FMCG Sales Experience

**Job Purpose**

The role is to lead and launch Raze Brand in assigned Territory. She/He should have an expert
- level understanding of the Top Distributors and stores, Customer Relation, thorough understanding of sales and merchandising strategies to promote secondary sales and offtake rotation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assigned territory
- Responsible for all Routes - PJP Adherence, Targeted Outlets Availability, Merchandising,

Sales Push
- Responsible for all Hygiene: Stock Inventory maintenance at Stockist, Stock storage and

Hygiene Check, Distributor coordination for Order fulfilment in full and on time.
- Contribute & Implement sales growth by executing all sales and marketing activities, posm on ground and to the top account(s) to increase the business growth.
- Provide time-to-time market intelligence to the company
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team under and provide appropriate feedback.
- Responsible for assigned territory business.

**Experience, Education & Skills**
- Experience in FMCG and sales development. Beverages Preferred
- Graduate with good communication Skill
- Strong business acumen, and relationship-building skills and must be highly influential.
- Strong strategic and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- FMCG: 5 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
