1. Inside Sales Executive – Chat Process

  • Handle inbound chats, understand customer needs & suggest diagnostic packages.
  • Convert leads into sales, maintain CRM records, and meet targets.
  • Req: Graduate, 0–2 yrs exp (freshers with strong English welcome), good multitasking, flexible with shifts.

2. Inside Sales Executive – Calling Process

  • Outbound calls to promote health packages, explain services/pricing, close sales.
  • Follow up with leads, achieve sales targets, update CRM.
  • Req: Graduate, 1–3 yrs telesales/inside sales exp, strong Hindi & English, target-driven.
