Key Responsibilities:


● Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and refine paid marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize conversions and ROI.

● Data Analysis : Utilize strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

● Retention Marketing : Develop and implement retention strategies that enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

● Tool Proficiency : Leverage platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and various analytics tools to track performance and measure success.

● Collaboration : Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling, high-performing ads that align with brand objectives.

● Testing & Optimization : Conduct A/B testing and landing page optimization to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

● Budget Management : Oversee budget allocation and management for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal spend and performance.


Qualifications:


● Proven experience in performance marketing and retention strategies.

● Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and reporting.

● Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

● Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and budget management.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
