Role – Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Category – IT Services & Consulting

Experience – 5+ years of working on ServiceNow platform (ITOM/ITAM/GRC)

Location – Delhi/NCR (Preferred), Bangalore, Hyderabad

Required Skills

  • ServiceNow Expertise (Hands on ITOM Suite & CMDB/CSDM is MUST): Hands-on experience of working on ServiceNow platform, at least 2 ITOM Suite modules (discovery, event management, service mapping, compliance configuration), at least 2 ITAM Suite modules (HAM, SAM, EAM, APM, CCM, Contact Management, Procurement, Licensing), Orchestration, CMDB/CSDM, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, UI Builder, Designers, Automated Testing Framework and Performance Analytics. Any one : Discovery / Event Management / Service Mapping / Certificate Management / Service Graph Connectors / CMDB-CSDM / Agent Client Collector / Health Log Analytics / Cloud Accelerate / Metric Intelligence / Now Assist for ITOM
  • Integrations (designed & implemented minimum 1 integrations): Experience in Integration Hub, Rest API, SOAP, eBonding etc. Integrating monitoring and discovery tools such as SCOM, SCCM, SolarWinds, Qualys, Dynatrace etc.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance management (GRC) frameworks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.

Technology awareness:

  • Platform: ServiceNow San Diago and later releases
  • Frameworks: CI-CD / CSDM,
  • Database: MongoDB, SQL
  • Programming: Core Java, Angular, ReactJS,
  • Deployment/Project Management: Concepts of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps

Qualification:

  • Graduation in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Certifications (MUST HAVE): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), any 2 of ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – DISCO/EM/SM/HAM/SAM). CIS certifications like CIS – DISCO/CIS – EM/CIS – HAM/CIS – SM/CIS – SAM/CIS-CPG.
  • Certifications (Good to have): ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS - PA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM/ CPG/APM)
  • Working experience with Fortune Customers
