Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Servicenow Developer Expertise in ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HAM / SAM at iConnect ITeS. The role will involve tasks related to IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). While the role is based in Noida, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Computer Science, Software Development, and Back-End Web Development skills
  • Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) expertise
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Certifications in relevant ITSM and ITOM areas are a plus
