- The Regional Head will be responsible for the smooth operations and business development of ATM services, FLM, CIT, CPD, and Bullion in their designated region.

- A key focus will be the development of the CIT and CPD business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve the sales target for the region as outlined in the ABP plan, leveraging both existing and new business.

- Develop and nurture client relationships to retain and grow business.

Operational Management:

- Oversee the operations of Cash Replenishment in ATMs, Cash Pickup & Deposit under Door Step Banking, and Cash Transportation for banks under CIT services.

- Track infrastructure and security systems, ensuring they are operational and secure.

- Ensure timely billing and collections from customers, in alignment with SLAs.

- Manage the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability and cost control.

Route & Resource Optimization:

- Plan and implement route optimization systems to maximize resource utilization and profitability.

Team Management & Development:

- Lead recruitment, training, and quality control efforts for the region.

- Ensure smooth operations by managing the human resources effectively, preventing IR issues, and fostering a motivated workforce.

Fleet Management:

- Oversee fleet operations in the region, ensuring necessary parameters are met and resources are utilized efficiently.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Monitor and guide the team on business operations, actuarial management, and KPIs.

- Report to management on business performance and address any issues as required.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

- Ensure 100% compliance with all relevant regulations, including PSARA licenses.

- Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

- Achievement of Region-Level EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes)

- 100% compliance with operational standards

- Successful recovery of billed amounts

- Implementation and adoption of technology

- Achievement of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets, including collection and bad debt control

- Successful implementation of tariff increases for CIT, CA/CP, and Bullion services

- Growth in regional revenue and route profitability

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing regional operations, business development, and profit & loss.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to drive growth through client relationships, cost control, and strategic initiatives.

- In-depth knowledge of the security industry, particularly ATM, CIT, CPD, and Bullion operations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 7-12 years of relevant experience in operations and business management, with a strong focus on the security services industry.

- Experience in managing large teams and complex operations across multiple locations.
