We at Prolifics are looking seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team and lead our marketing automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to develop and execute campaigns, manage customer journeys, and optimize marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and revenue growth through effective use of SFMC's capabilities.


Job Title – Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Job Location – Hyderabad/Pune.

Mode of work – Monday to Friday Work from the Office.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio
  • Design and execute customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, social, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and create marketing solutions aligned with business goals
  • Implement personalized marketing strategies using data segmentation and automation
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM


Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer certification preferred
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Marketing Cloud features like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data management, and analytics in marketing automation
  • Experience with A/B testing, multi-channel marketing, and personalization
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMP script for campaign customization
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Salesforce Connect or APIs for data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and other platforms
