Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio
  • Design and execute customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, social, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and create marketing solutions aligned with business goals
  • Implement personalized marketing strategies using data segmentation and automation
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM


Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer certification preferred
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Marketing Cloud features like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data management, and analytics in marketing automation
  • Experience with A/B testing, multi-channel marketing, and personalization
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMP script for campaign customization
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Salesforce Connect or APIs for data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and other platforms
