Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager-Home Loan Sales located in Noida.

- The Manager-Home Loan Sales will be responsible for managing home loan sales operations, providing excellent customer service, developing business plans, conducting sales operations, and analyzing market trends.

- The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, offering appropriate loan products, and ensuring a seamless loan application process.

- Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and business planning abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in managing sales operations.

- Proven track record in home loan sales or related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
