Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Relationship Manager in Real Estate at First Door Realty, located in Noida. The Sr. Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing tailored real estate solutions, and managing property portfolios. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, understanding client needs, offering property consultations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate Market and Trends
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to conduct Property Consultations and Client Meetings
  • Proficiency in Negotiation and Sales Techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
