Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Bank Sales Executive to join our team at Isoftronics in Chennai. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills and a strong understanding of CRM software, Salesforce, and consumer banking to drive sales effectively.


  • Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience and proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong consumer banking knowledge to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record of executing cross-selling techniques to enhance sales and revenue.
  • Leadership abilities to effectively conduct product presentations and engage potential clients.
  • Competence in data-driven sales strategies to improve decision-making processes.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation analysis to identify and target potential sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to ensure beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.


  • Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential clients by evaluating their banking needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services to provide comprehensive information to clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain detailed client records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and enhance client acquisition.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to inform and acquire potential clients.
  • Implement cross-selling techniques to enhance sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions effectively to close sales and meet targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
