5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday off)
Job Profile:
Ability to generate sales through effective clienteling.
Maintain continuous and effective communication with client through sales cycle
Use extensive diamond and bespoke product knowledge for Customer Service
Oversee all facets of sales transactions
Identify client needs
Making Cold Calling to existing and new customer to understand their needs
Organize all customer information in our CRM
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Desired Skills:
Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills - understand fundamentals of how to sell and adapts style depending on the client’s requirement
Knowledge of Gems & Jewelry industry preferred

Familiarity with computers, especially CRM systems and excel
