- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve Business Development targets and delivery.
- Promote and develop our existing Product strategy and policies by collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities.

- Establish strategic partnerships/collaborations and expand B2C marketplace & B2B SAAS

- Work closely with the CEO of Jupitice to drive strategic growth in terms of revenue, business,
and delivery of products and Role:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.- Contribute to bottom-line P&L by developing and monetizing a sustainable ecosystem.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the judicial technology
sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.- Lead and grow business operations.
- Streamline and develop processes for managing end-to-end business development and
delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve business Proven experience of working with Start Ups and ready to take challenges in business development, driving P&L, revenue top line, operations, strategic planning, and relationship management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
