The role requires strong project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding of technology frameworks (Java, JSP, APIs, and integrations) and prior experience in implementing leading MDM solutions.You will be responsible for ensuring that our governance tool is deployed successfully across complex enterprise environments managing integrations, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring alignment between business users and development teams.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of MDM governance tool implementation projects. - Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables. - Coordinate with internal technical teams and customer IT stakeholders. - Understand and guide technical design discussions, including Java/JSP-based frameworks and integration patterns (REST, APIs, middleware). - Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. - Ensure solution deployment aligns with data governance and data quality best practices. - Provide clear communication, project status updates, and escalation management for clients. - Support product configuration, testing, and validation with internal and customer teams.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 8+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years implementing MDM or data governance solutions. - Strong exposure to global customers in US, Australia, and the Middle East - Hands-on understanding of Java, JSP frameworks, and system integration. - Experience in leading technical implementation projects with enterprise customers. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - PMP certification or technical project management credentials a plus.Why Join UsBe at the forefront of implementing next-generation data governance and AI Superagent for MRO.
