Location:MumbaiIndustry Experience:Manufacturing, Energy, Chemicals, Mining, or similar enterprise sectors About the Role We are seeking atechnically inclined Project Managerto lead theimplementation of our Master Data Governance Platform. The role requires strong project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding oftechnology frameworks (Java, JSP, APIs, and integrations)and prior experience inimplementing leading MDM solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our governance tool is deployed successfully across complex enterprise environments managing integrations, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring alignment between business users and development teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery ofMDM governance tool implementationprojects. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables. Coordinate with internal technical teams and customer IT stakeholders. Understand and guide technical design discussions, includingJava/JSP-based frameworksandintegration patterns (REST, APIs, middleware). Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Ensure solution deployment aligns with data governance and data quality best practices. Provide clear communication, project status updates, and escalation management for clients. Support product configuration, testing, and validation with internal and customer teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of project management experience, including4+ years implementing MDM or data governance solutions. Strong exposure toglobal customers in US, Australia, and the Middle East Hands-on understanding ofJava, JSP frameworks, and system integration. Experience inleading technical implementation projectswith enterprise customers. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
