Define MDM strategies, governance frameworks, and integration patterns aligned with enterprise data goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to ensure seamless data integration and quality. Oversee and executeproduct data migrationsfrom legacy systems to MDM platforms. Develop and maintain integration solutions usingMuleSoft ,Kafka , andPython . Support the enablement ofData-as-a-Service (DaaS)capabilities. Provide architectural leadership and hands-on guidance throughout all phases of MDM projects. Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experiencewithStibo Systems (STEP)in MDM solution design and delivery. Proven expertise inProductandVendor Master Datadomains. Strong programming experience withPythonfor automation, data processing, and API integration. Proficiency withMuleSoftandKafkafor data integration and streaming. Experience deliveringData-as-a-Serviceand cloud-based data management solutions. Demonstrated success inproduct migrationand transformation initiatives. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience inretail ,CPG , ormanufacturingindustries. Familiarity withdata governance ,data quality , andmetadata managementbest practices. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
