Job Description and Responsibilities :

- Primary responsibility will be to participate in the creation of new IT solutions / enhancements to existing solutions from requirement to launch, as part of a cross functional team.

- You are required to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, sustain, and document software changes for new

applications, enhancements, and defects.

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

- Perform analysis, design, and implementation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, processes, and product / program requirements.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to meet business needs.

- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

- Design and implement ServiceNow UI policies, data policies, and access controls to ensure data integrity and security.

- Have the ability and willingness to acquire in-depth understanding of domain and Business Process (beyond software) and apply that knowledge to develop solutions and to deliver enhancements/ fixes for customer requirements.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.

- Mandatory to have strong experience in Now Assist with special focus on LLM and Multi Agent Chats.

- Including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications.

- Ability to implement moderate to complex custom widgets and backend scripting.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and functionalities.

- Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and data imports/exports.

- Experience in Workflows, SLAs, Import Sets and Update Sets.

- Must have experience in Service Now Custom Development.
