Job description -

We are seeking a CRM specialist/administrator who will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of CRM platform in the organization, ensuring it effectively supports our sales and marketing function. This role involves overseeing data integrity, user management, system integrations, lead management and driving continuous improvements to enhance CRM performance and user experience. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align the CRM system with business goals and ensure it delivers value to our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introducing, implementation and customization of CRM solution as per company’s requirement.
  • Customize and configure the CRM system to align with the organization's sales and marketing processes.
  • Set up and manage custom fields, workflows, API integrations and automations to optimize user experience and streamline business operations.
  • Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the CRM.
  • Administer user accounts within the CRM platform, assigning appropriate roles and access levels based on job functions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them effectively utilize the CRM system.
  • Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to CRM usage.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and proficiency in CRM tools, ensuring users can fully leverage the CRM's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate the CRM system with other business tools and applications, ensuring seamless data flow
  • Have good knowledge of marketing automation
  • Having experience in lead management and marketing campaigns through CRM

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate, Post Graduate (Preferable)
  • 5+ years’ experience proven experience as a CRM specialist / Administrator or in a similar role
  • Experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce / SAP / Zoho / Hubspot / Dynamic
  • Good verbal, written, and organizational skills
