Business Development Head - Insurance

Job Title: Lead Our Insurance Division

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive business growth, relationship management, and sales excellence in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of agents to drive sales and generate closed leads from various sources.
  • Identify and source new business opportunities while ensuring timely policy renewals.
  • BId and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate successful sales.
  • Overssee the direct and indirect sales of Life and Health insurance products to a diverse clientele.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to finalize proposals and issue policies efficiently.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and agents, providing in-depth product knowledge and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales and Marketing team to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, agents, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
