Title:Busines Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Operations Associate to join our dynamic payments division. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building a robust sales funnel, converting leads, and managing client relationships. Your passion for the fintech space and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in strategizing new products and partnerships, implementing new services, and contributing to project management.Objectives:Drive sales growth through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative payment solutions.Assist in project management tasks to ensure successful product launches and service implementations.Roles & Responsibilities:Departmental ActivityDevelop and execute sales strategies to generate leads for prepaid instruments, FASTag, and UPI payments.Qualify leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.Manage the sales funnel, nurture leads, and convert them into paying clients.Assist in sales presentations and negotiations.Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and developments in the Indian fintech space.Contribute to new product ideation and the development of innovative payment solutions.Identify and evaluate potential partnerships to expand Transcorp's reach and offerings.Organizational ActivityDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.Manage client accounts and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.Assist with project management tasks for new product launches and service implementations.Ensure efficient workflow and maintain accurate records.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales and marketing campaigns.OtherKeep abreast to the current market scenario Preparing Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly MIS Report from time to time.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.All the other task assigned by the reporting authority as per requirementQualification & Requirement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
