We are seeking a seasoned Business Development (Closing Manager) to lead and drive our real estate sales and deal closure efforts. With 5 to 8 years of robust experience in business development and sales, particularly in the real estate space, the ideal candidate will have a proven history of closing high-value deals, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying potential clients, such as developers, real estate investors, and corporate partners. A deep understanding of the real estate market will enable you to spot opportunities and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Lead Deal Closure Efforts: Your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end sales process, with a specific focus on the final stages of negotiation and contract closure. You will guide prospective clients from initial outreach to final agreement, ensuring that their needs align with our offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry is critical to success. You will be expected to maintain regular communication with clients and partners, addressing concerns and ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Working closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams, you will ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to contract finalization. Your ability to align internal resources to meet client expectations will be key.

Key Qualifications:
