About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise-level clients and expanding business within existing accounts. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise-level clients: Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: From initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our [product/service] and tailor presentations to address specific client needs.
  • Forecast and manage sales pipeline: Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends in the [industry] industry.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records: Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage contacts, and generate reports
