This role is ideal for candidates passionate about backend systems, APIs, and scalable infrastructure, who thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will focus on building and supporting robust backend services, optimizing databases, implementing caching/queue systems, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to cloud infrastructure and container orchestration is a plus.Key Responsibilities• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend APIs and services. • Perform database tuning, indexing, and query optimization for performance. • Implement caching, queuing, and messaging systems to improve system efficiency. • Participate in CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. • Monitor backend systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. • Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams to integrate APIs. • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to coding best practices. • Support cloud infrastructure deployment and containerized applications (if applicable).Qualifications & Required Skills• 2–4 years of experience in backend development or backend support roles. • Strong experience with scalable APIs and backend frameworks. • Proficient in database design, tuning, and query optimization. • Knowledge of caching strategies, queues, and messaging systems. • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools. • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple backend tasks efficiently.Preferred Skills• Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration. • Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for backend systems. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Job Details & Compensation• Location: Pune, India • Work Mode: On-site • Shift: Night Shift • Salary Range: 5 - 6 LPA • Experience Required: 2–4 Years • Expected Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredPerks & Benefits• Family Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for you and your family. • Provident Fund (PF): Structured retirement benefits. • Night Shift Allowances (if applicable): Additional compensation for US hours. • Cab Facility: Safe and convenient pick-up/drop for night shifts. • Performance-Based Rewards & Recognition: Celebrate achievements regularly. • Fun Culture: Monthly and quarterly events to keep the workplace engaging.
