This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern frameworks, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll contribute to both frontend and backend development, write automated tests, and assist in cloud deployment and microservices-based architectures.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks and languages. - Build and consume APIs for seamless integration between systems. - Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications efficiently. - Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. - Assist in cloud deployment, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture (if applicable). - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and security. - Maintain documentation for code, architecture, and workflows.Qualifications & Required Skills- 2–4 years of experience as a Frontend or Backend Developer. - Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, Node.js, PHP, or similar languages. - Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Spring Boot, Django, .NET, or similar. - Knowledge of API development and integration. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices. - Basic understanding of Docker and containerized deployments. - Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.Preferred Skills- Exposure to cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration. - Knowledge of advanced frontend frameworks and backend design patterns. - Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and agile development practices. - Proactive and solution-oriented approach with attention to code quality.Job Details & Compensation- Position: Frontend & Backend Developer - Location: Pune, India - Work Mode: On-site - Salary Range: 5 -5.5 LPA - Experience Required: 2–4 Years - Expected Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredPerks & Benefits- Family Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for you and your family. - Cab Facility: Safe and convenient pick-up/drop for night shifts. - Provident Fund (PF): Structured retirement benefits. - Performance-Based Rewards & Recognition: Celebrate achievements regularly. - Fun Culture: Monthly and quarterly events to maintain high energy and engagement.
