This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who canlead the complete setup of IT infrastructure for our new office , manage end-to-end IT operations, and ensure seamless connectivity and security across systems.The ideal candidate will possessstrong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills , and the ability tocoordinate directly with vendors and stakeholderswith minimal supervision. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment from the ground up while also supporting daily IT operations for our teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design, implementation, and setup of IT infrastructure for the new office, including networks, servers, and systems Coordinate directly with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of IT setup and maintenance activities Manage IT infrastructure projects from planning through completion with minimal supervision, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget alignment Oversee configuration, administration, and optimization of servers, networks, and endpoint systems Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity, access control, and data protection measures across all systems Handle IT procurement, asset tracking, and vendor performance management Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime Maintain detailed IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure integration, upgrades, and system improvement initiatives Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency within the IT environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree incomputer science, Information Technology , or related field. 5–8 yearsof hands-on experience in IT administration, infrastructure setup, and network management. Proven experience inoffice buildouts, site migrations , orIT infrastructure projects . Expertise inWindows/Linux administration, Active Directory , andnetwork security protocols . Strong understanding offirewalls, VPNs, backup solutions, disaster recovery,andcloud-based systems (Microsoft 365 / Azure / AWS) . Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and vendor management skills . Ability to workindependently , handle multiple priorities, and manage projects with minimal oversight. IT certifications such asCCNA, CompTIA Network+, Azure Administrator, or similarpreferredPreferred SkillsExperience in new office IT setup or site migration projects Knowledge of structured cabling, network layout, and Wi-Fi infrastructure planning Strong understanding ofWi-Fi routers, bandwidth requirements, and network capacity planningbased on seating strength and usage Hands-on experience with endpoint security and monitoring tools Exposure to virtualization management (VMware / Hyper-V) Strong vendor management and coordination skills Good understanding ofvoice communication systems and cloud-based calling toolsused for international calls.
