The below role is for our Bengaluru office.

About the Role:

You will work on a broad range of cutting-edge deep learning and Gen AI problems across a variety of industries. You will be engaging with clients to understand their business context. If you are passionate to work on complex unstructured business problems that can be solved using deep learning and Gen AI, we would like to talk to you.

Role: Gen AI Presales Leader

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and deliver customized GenAI demos (PoCs, proposals) that use client-relevant data or scenarios leveraging multi-modal GenAI (text, image, tabular data)

- Collaborate with sales and practice teams to understand client needs and design relevant , scalable proof-of-concepts.

- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to identify and translate business objectives into AI solution opportunities, avoiding "tech-first" pitches.

- Build reusable demo assets and frameworks to accelerate future demo creation.

- Incorporate real-world datasets and scenarios for maximum client relevance.

- Track demo impact on deal progression and refine offerings accordingly.

- Track competitor solutions and create battlecards to position offerings effectively.

- Bring feedback from prospects into product roadmaps for stronger market fit.

- Provide input on proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses with industry specific Gen AI case studies.

- Stay updated on GenAI trends (e.g., retail media networks, synthetic consumer research).

Desired Experience & Education:

- 12+ years of experience in Data Science, with proven pre-sales exposure.

- Strong technical expertise in ML, NLP, GenAI, and data visualization.

- Experience designing end- to- end data science/ AI solutions for business problems

- Excellent storytelling skills to translate technical capabilities into business impact.

- Familiarity with multiple domains (e.g., CPG, pharma, BFSI) preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity working with international stakeholders in a consultative environment

- Knowledge of working with cloud platform (Azure / AWS)

- Knowledge of Software Engineering practices
