Stellar is looking for Regional Sales Manager with a flair for technology and experience in B2B Corporate software/IT sales.

Experience/exposure of enterprise software businesses is highly preferred.

Key Deliverables:

- Implementation of the business plan projected for Bitraser at regional level and suggesting inputs on the business plan aspects pertaining to specific branch wise towards achieving organizational objectives.

- He is responsible for executing the Business/Sales plans in each location of the region.

- Devising and approach model for improving customer reach and addressing all possible prospects in the customer target segment as per business plan.

- Analyzing enquiry sources and suggesting recommendations on the preferred advertisement medium at regional level as well as branch level.

- Effectively and efficiently manage existing strategic relationships and evolve new strategic relationships for BitRaser -at specific locations closely to attain company objectives.

- Identifying and addressing techno commercial improvement areas critical to revenue objectives.

- Responsible for budgeting of BitRaser marketing for the designated and discuss with Management for approval.

- Initiate and sustain consistently damage control measures and grievance handling.

- Create and execute mechanism for measuring customer satisfaction critical for BitRaser business growth.

- Business Development Of Software

- Responsible for achieving the agreed target business at Regional and branch level.

- Sales Support to all BDMs in the country including customer visits and creation of specialized sales processes catering to specific locations in accordance with the prevailing customer buying trend.

- Monitoring customer funnel development, prospect identification, client evaluation, solution offering and sale closure location wise and implementing alternative plans and control measure in case of deviation in objectives would constitute his key activities.

- He will also represent Stellar for all Strategic tie- ups with corporate, OEMs and support centers.

Key Skills:

- Any Graduate/Post graduate.

- BE/B.TECH will be preferred.

- Minimum 10 year experience in Software Sales

- Excellent Persuasive & communication Skills with IT Fluency.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

- Business Goal Oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.

- Person should have past or current experience in selling either Software Products

- Person should have experience of dealing with CTO, CIO and CISO's in B2B IT sales experience with IT department across industries.

- Timely follow-up on all the service and software lead opportunities.

- Proficiency in Computer skills including MS office, Emailing, CRM preferably ZOHO.

Qualification : B. E/B.Tech MBA preferred
