We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Champion to join our sales team for our flagship product, Akrivia HCM.


The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the HRMS market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, targeting key industries and organizations to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, leveraging various sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Map out the key players for potential new business initiatives and determine/document an appropriate sales strategy.
  • Effectively advise the customer, especially within the development of business needs, decision criteria, and creation of an ROI framework, through consultative selling techniques and relevant marketing/sales campaigns.
  • Execute high-quality one-on-one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with CHRO / CTO/ CXO level managers.
  • Manage all opportunities according to the Opportunity Management process, including the creation of Opportunity Plans and the scheduling of Early the pipeline Opportunity reviews.
  • Continuously develop the account to ensure repeat business combined with a proactive focus on developing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the achievement of sales targets.



Qualifications:


  • More than 5 years of business development/sales experience with a track record of successful performance.
  • Ability and experience to close Enterprise Deals in the SaaS space,
  • Revenue generation and target achievement mindset
  • Motivation and Good coordination skills, the ability to motivate, inspire and collaborate with team, BUs (utilizing her/his professional expertise).
  • He/she has enthusiasm for the job, willingness to travel, encourages others and copes well under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures and background. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
