Performance Tracking and Gap Identification

Tracking channel performance on weekly basis and understanding the reasons for the gain/drop and identifying trends basis the above

Weekly Tracking and Consumer Behaviour Identification

Weekly tracking of Profile, Duplication, segmentation and break patters to derive relevant information and suggest insights based on the same

Market Analysis and competition tracking

Promo Planning and FPC Strategy

Promo Planning, tracking conversion and identifying shows that need promotions

Need to have a through understanding of the FPC and predicting weekly GRPs ; Highlighting opportunity areas to grow viewership

Insights and Deadline Management

Provide data driven insights to higher management pertaining to viewership, distribution and arm them with relevant industry updates

Ability to work under strict deadlines while independently balancing multiple projects at once.

Desired Education and Experience:

1. Any Graduate or Post-Graduate.

2. Advantage to have a certification in Analytics

2. 6 years plus of post-qualification experience in a similar role in Research and Strategy for a TV channel.

Essential job specific Technical Competencies & Skills:-

1. Proficient in both Hindi and English understanding and writing.

2. Should have deep understanding of Handling BARC Software.

3. Knowledge of Strategy of FPC for a GEC channel

4. Should have experience in Advance Excel.

5. Should have knowledge of making PPTs on Powerpoint

Desired Behavioral Competencies & Attributes:-

1. Strong Interpersonal skills

2. Clarity of thought & ability to think things through

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
