Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate employee development initiatives, including performance appraisals, career planning, and succession planning
.
Administrative Support:
- Supervise administrative staff and oversee daily administrative operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries and ensure timely and efficient communication within the organization.
Employee Engagement and Wellness:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs.
- Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant HR tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
