Role : Marketing Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing efforts and contribute to the achievement of our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creativity and innovation. As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and drive brand awareness and engagement. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products/services and achieve sales targets. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, Product Development) to define marketing objectives, target audiences, and key messages. 
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns and website. 
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC advertising, SEO, SEM) to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates. 
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. 
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, results, and ROI to senior management. 

Requirements: 


  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software). 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Prior experience in gaming sector is a plus.
