Key Responsibilities:Social Media Monitoring:

Create a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, reels, website, email campaigns, infographics, videos, and more, to attract and engage our target audience. Create / Curate content ( taking photos, writing copy, designing or modifying graphics, editing videos, making reels and IGTV content) and proofread content for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring top-notch quality.Audience Research:

Conduct market research and gather insights to understand our audience's needs, preferences, and pain points. Use this information to tailor content and messaging effectively.Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of content using various analytics tools to measure engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies.Collaboration:

Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance in content creation.

Desired Abilities & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.2+ years experience in Social Media Handling.1+ years experience in content writing. Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus.An impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions, and excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.Experience in Email and WhatsApp marketing and possess an understanding of automation tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and HubSpot.
