We are looking for a highly polished, detail-oriented Luxury Travel Specialist who can curate exceptional, tailor-made travel experiences for premium clients. The ideal candidate has strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for crafting journeys that go beyond expectations.This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Khar road (west), Mumbai.Key Responsibilities Design and curate high-end itineraries for international and domestic luxury destinations Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and travel style Suggest unique stays, experiences, restaurants, activities, and hidden gems Coordinate end-to-end travel operations: bookings, confirmations, vendor coordination Manage high-value clients with professionalism, speed, and accuracy Stay updated on luxury properties, trends, and exclusive experiences Handle last-minute changes, special requests, and premium concierge-like tasks Maintain accurate records, itineraries, and payment details Ensure a seamless, stress-free travel experience for every clientRequirements 1–4 years of experience in travel planning / luxury travel / hospitality Excellent spoken and written English Strong knowledge of international destinations Ability to curate high-quality itineraries tailored to different client personas Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and itinerary-building platforms High level of ownership, attention to detail, and client servicing skills Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes Passion for luxury travel, aesthetics, and storytellingNice-to-Have Experience with luxury travel brands, DMCs, boutique hotels Knowledge of visa processes, flights, and travel documentation Ability to upsell and cross-sell high-value experiencesAbout The Villa Escape The Villa Escape is a premium travel planning company curating luxurious and unique experiences across stunning global destinations.
