Job highlights The Luxury Apartment Administrator / Butler will be responsible for delivering a premium hospitality experience to residents, coordinating personalized services, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a luxury residential property. The role demands excellent communication, etiquette, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset. Responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and reporting the Daily operations of hospitality and maintenance, including security, administrations, kitchen, events, and reporting.Principal ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Property Coordination Coordinate with vendors, facility management, and security teams. Ensure upkeep of common areas, reception, lobby, and premium resident spaces. Maintain daily service reports, visitor logs, complaint registers, and checklists. Oversee inventory management for apartment essentials, linen, toiletries, and supplies. Assist in budgeting, billing, and tracking service expenses if required.Hospitality Experience & Lifestyle Management Organize and support resident events, gatherings, and community programs. Provide assistance for bookings—restaurants, travel, medical appointments, courier, etc. Ensure premium service standards similar to 5-star hotels.Knowledge / EducationQualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management 3-5 yrs of Experience in luxury hotels, premium serviced apartments, high-end residences, or cruise lines preferred.Personality & Behavioural Traits: Well-groomed, polished appearance Calm, disciplined, and attentive listener Service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills Respectful, courteous, and proactiveCompensation: MArket StandardIf you are interested in a career switch, let us know with your current CTC details, please.Santa 9163065045 santabagchi1@gmail.com
